Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These Terms and Conditions regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of visitors and buyers of the online store www.austejalandsbergiene.com (hereinafter – the “Online Store”).
The Online Store is operated by UAB “Kibirkštis”, company code 304875671, registered address Lukšinės g. 29, LT-11332 Vilnius, email info@kibirkstis.lt, phone +370 (5) 2665972.

1. General Provisions
   1. These Terms and Conditions are mandatory for all users of the Online Store.
   2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
   3. The Online Store reserves the right to modify these Terms, therefore it is recommended to review them before each purchase.
2. Purchase–Sale Agreement
   1. The purchase–sale agreement between the Buyer and the Online Store is considered concluded once the Buyer submits an order and completes payment.
   2. The order confirmation serves as proof of the concluded purchase–sale agreement.
3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
   1. The Buyer has the right to:
      • Purchase goods from the Online Store in accordance with these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
      • Withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement as specified in the “Returns and Exchanges” section.
      • Receive quality goods that meet the order conditions.
   2. The Buyer undertakes to:
      • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
      • Pay for the ordered goods and accept them in the agreed manner.
      • Not use the Online Store for unlawful purposes.
4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
   1. The Seller undertakes to:
      • Ensure the quality of the goods provided.
      • Deliver the ordered goods on time.
      • Process and protect the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
   2. The Seller has the right to:
      • Temporarily suspend or terminate the operation of the Online Store.
      • Cancel an order if the Buyer provides incorrect data or fails to make payment within the specified time.
5. Prices, Payments, and Invoices
   1. All prices in the Online Store are listed in euros (€) and include VAT.
   2. Payments can be made via electronic banking, credit/debit card, or other available payment methods.
   3. Upon payment, the Buyer receives an order confirmation and an invoice by email.
6. Delivery
   1. In Lithuania, orders are delivered via LP EXPRESS parcel terminals. Delivery cost – €2.50.
   2. Within the European Union, orders are delivered by courier. Delivery cost starts from €5.00, depending on the destination country. For an exact rate, please contact us at team@landsbergiene.com.
   3. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact team@landsbergiene.com.
   4. Delivery times depend on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and product availability.
7. Returns and Exchanges
   1. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council, and Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, goods (except printed books and other printed materials) may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
   2. Printed books and other printed materials are non-returnable if they are of good quality.
   3. Defective or damaged items will be replaced with new ones or refunded.
   4. The Buyer must notify team@landsbergiene.com of a defective item and provide photos within 48 hours of receiving the item.
   5. When returning an item, proof of purchase (e.g., a copy of the invoice) must be included.
   6. Returned goods must be sent via LP EXPRESS parcel terminal to the address provided by email.
   7. The Seller has the right to refuse a return if the item has been used or damaged due to the Buyer’s fault.
   8. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
   9. Shipping costs are covered by the Seller only if the item was defective.
8. Personal Data Protection
   1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.
   2. Data is used solely for order processing and customer service purposes.
9. Final Provisions
   1. All intellectual property rights of the Online Store belong to UAB “Kibirkštis”.
   2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached – in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
