  • Lithuania: Orders are delivered via the LP EXPRESS parcel machine network within 2–3 business days.
  • European Union countries: Delivery by courier usually takes 3–7 business days.

4. How much is shipping?
  • Lithuania: €2.50 via LP EXPRESS parcel machines.
  • EU countries: €5.00 by courier.

5. Can I return a product?

Yes, products (except printed books and other printed materials) can be returned within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Printed books and other printed products are non-returnable unless defective.

6. What if my product is defective or damaged?

If your product or its packaging is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at team@landsbergiene.com. We will replace the defective product or refund your payment. The shop covers shipping and replacement costs for defective items.

7. How do I return a product?

Include a printed copy of the purchase and return/exchange document (we will email this to you). Returned products must be sent via the LP EXPRESS parcel terminal. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns if the product was used or damaged for reasons unrelated to the seller or shipping provider.

8. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are covered by the Seller only if the product was defective.
