Delivery Information

 

Deliveries in Lithuania are handled via the LP EXPRESS parcel machine network – a convenient, fast, and reliable way to receive your order.

Prices:

  • Within Lithuania: Orders are delivered to LP EXPRESS parcel machines. Delivery fee – €2.20.
  • European Union countries: Delivery by courier. Delivery fee – €5.00.
  • Other destinations: Please contact us at team@landsbergiene.com for shipping options and rates.

 

Return Policy

 

  • In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights, as well as Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, products (except printed books and other printed materials) may be returned within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery.

 

  • According to the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 of 29 June 2001 “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items,” printed books and other printed products of good quality are non-returnable.

 

  • If, upon receiving your order, you notice that the product is defective, or if the packaging and/or product itself is damaged, please contact us immediately at team@landsbergiene.com. A defective product will be replaced with a new one, or the paid amount will be refunded. The sellers covers the costs of shipping and replacing defective products.

 

  • Please photograph the damaged product and/or packaging and send the photos by email to team@landsbergiene.com no later than 48 hours after receiving the product. When returning a product, please include a printed copy of the purchase and return/exchange document, which we will provide to you by email.

 

  • Returned products must be sent back via LP EXPRESS parcel terminal (address to be provided by email).

 

  • The seller reserves the right to refuse returned products if the item has been used or damaged due to reasons not caused by the seller or the shipping provider. Shipping costs are covered by the seller only if the product was defective.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
